s444 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Gaming Platform Rules

Welcome to s444. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and s444 regarding your use of the platform. Please read them carefully.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of s444, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or continue using the platform.

s444 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification. To register and maintain an account at s444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. s444 does not permit accounts for minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as a corporate entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including your real name, date of birth, contact number, and email address.
• You must not already hold an existing s444 account. Each person is permitted only one account.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from s444 at the time of registration.

s444 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including copies of your CNIC, proof of address, or payment method verification. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending completion of the verification process. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Your s444 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised it.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other websites or apps.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact s444 support immediately.

s444 will never ask you for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support immediately. s444 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain reasonable account security.

Each player is responsible for ensuring that their use of s444 complies with the laws applicable to them in their location. s444 provides the platform — it is your responsibility to understand whether your participation is lawful in your specific circumstances.

All transactions on s444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfers, instant credit
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers, instant credit
• NayaPay — digital wallet transfers
• SadaPay — digital wallet transfers
• Bank IBFT — interbank funds transfer
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit card

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though s444 may apply enhanced verification to unusually large deposits as part of its fraud prevention procedures. Deposits credited to your account must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn — this single 1x play-through requirement applies to real money deposits only, not bonus funds which carry their own separate conditions.

Payment Method Ownership

All deposit methods used on s444 must belong to and be registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources — including accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted. s444 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used.

s444 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals are paid in PKR only, to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified payment method registered to your account.

• Gold VIP and above: priority processing, typically under 10 minutes
• Diamond VIP: guaranteed 5-minute processing as standard
• Bank IBFT: same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT

Before a withdrawal can be processed, s444 may require identity verification if it has not been completed previously. This is a one-time process and is designed to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals process without additional documentation requirements under normal circumstances.

Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus funds that have not yet completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance — which includes original deposits, completed bonus earnings, and game winnings above any applicable wagering requirements — is eligible for withdrawal at any time. s444 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, abuse, or terms violation. In such cases, s444 will notify you of the review and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited as restricted bonus funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements are always stated as a multiplier (e.g., 10x) applied to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of their validity period and are removed from the account.
• Only bets placed on qualifying games count toward bonus wagering requirements. Games excluded from wagering completion are listed in individual promotion terms.
• s444 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed, and to void a bonus if it determines the offer was obtained through dishonest means.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

The s444 Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn PKR rewards by introducing new players to the platform. The following conditions apply to all referral activity:

• The referred player must be a genuinely new s444 account — an individual who has not previously registered on the platform.
• The referral code or link must be used at the point of registration. It cannot be applied retrospectively to an existing account.
• The referred player must make a qualifying first deposit of Rs 500 or more for the referral to be eligible.
• Self-referral — using your own referral code on a secondary account — is strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of the bonus and possible account suspension.
• One referral bonus per referred individual — if the same person registers multiple accounts, only the first qualifies.
• Referral bonuses are credited within 5 minutes of the qualifying deposit confirming.
• s444 reserves the right to modify referral reward amounts, qualifying deposit thresholds, or milestone bonus structures at any time with reasonable notice.

Referral earnings credited to your balance are real PKR and carry no wagering requirement. They are available for immediate use or withdrawal subject to the standard withdrawal conditions.

The s444 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on accumulated wagering activity within rolling 30-day periods. The specific thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP Club page and may be adjusted periodically.

• VIP cashback is calculated as a percentage of net losses over the qualifying period and credited as real PKR (not restricted bonus funds), subject to the cashback rates applicable to your current tier.
• VIP tier status is subject to rolling maintenance — if wagering falls below the maintenance threshold for a tier, downgrade to the appropriate tier will occur automatically at the next monthly review.
• Benefits such as personal account managers, dedicated WhatsApp support, and expedited withdrawals are available from Gold tier upward and are provided at s444's discretion.
• s444 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback percentages, and associated benefits with 30 days' notice to affected members.
• VIP status and accumulated points/cashback entitlements are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the cashback structure described in the VIP Club terms.

The following general rules apply across all s444 gaming products. Product-specific rules (for Baccarat, Roulette, Cricket Betting, Virtual Sports, and Ludo) are displayed within each respective game section.

Bet Validity

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the s444 platform. Bets that have not received confirmation — for example, due to a lost connection before the system registered the bet — are not valid. You should not assume a bet has been placed unless you can see a confirmed bet reference in your account history.

Cricket & Sports Betting

• All cricket and sports odds are subject to change up to the moment a match begins.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement — price changes that occur milliseconds before or after your bet is processed do not retroactively affect already-confirmed bets.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or cancelled, s444's void and settlement rules as published in the Cricket Betting section will apply.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical error — may be voided at s444's discretion regardless of the result.

Casino Games (Baccarat & Roulette)

All live casino games use verified live dealer streams. All RNG-based casino games use certified random number generation. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or game round.

Ludo

Real-money Ludo games at s444 use a certified RNG for all dice outcomes. Entry fees are non-refundable once a game room has been filled and the game has begun. Disconnection handling is governed by the auto-play policy described in the Ludo Games section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s444 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without appeal:

• Creating more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your location or bypass geographic restrictions.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, Ludo, or any other s444 product.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using s444 as a vehicle for any illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds from payment methods that do not belong to you or are obtained fraudulently.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing s444 staff or other players through any communication channel.

s444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits — cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a defined session length.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period you choose.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from s444 for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Your VIP tier status and account balance are preserved during any cooling-off period, and your account history is maintained during self-exclusion should you wish to review it after the exclusion period ends. s444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• At the player's own request (account closure or self-exclusion).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as inactive. s444 will attempt to contact you before closing an inactive account.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, any balance held in the account will be subject to review. Balances determined to be derived from legitimate play and deposits (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after investigation is complete. The investigation timeline will be communicated to the affected player.

Players who close their own accounts voluntarily may request reopening after a cooling-off period has been completed. Self-exclusion closures cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period regardless of the reason for the request.

s444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at s444.wine/privacy-policy. By registering on s444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

In summary: s444 collects the personal information you provide at registration and during verification, transaction data, gameplay data, and device/technical information. This data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and personalise your experience. s444 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained in accordance with applicable requirements and our Privacy Policy.

All content on the s444 platform — including but not limited to the s444 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of s444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are permitted to access and use s444 for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any s444 content without prior written authorisation from s444. Scraping, automated data collection, or reverse engineering of any part of the s444 platform is strictly prohibited.

s444 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions.

s444's liability to any player in any circumstances is limited to the balance held in the player's verified account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim. s444 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, missed betting opportunities, or data loss resulting from technical failures.

s444 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player shared their credentials or failed to take reasonable security precautions.

s444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, s444 will send a notification to your registered email address or display a notification within your account dashboard at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you disagree with any amended terms, you have the right to close your account before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of s444 after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. s444 encourages all players to review the Terms and Conditions periodically, even when no notification has been sent, as minor clarifications may be made without formal notice.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the s444 platform, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and s444, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through s444's internal complaints procedure before pursuing any other avenue.

To raise a dispute or complaint, contact s444 support at support@s444.wine with full details of the issue, your account username, and any relevant transaction references. s444 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days. Complex investigations may take longer, in which case s444 will provide a progress update.

s444's decision on any complaint is final where it is based on a correct application of these Terms and Conditions. If you believe an error has been made in the application of these terms, you may escalate your complaint in writing, and s444's senior compliance team will conduct an independent review.
